We ship all products from Bel Air, Maryland to customers across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is not currently available, though shipping to Canada is planned for the future.
Because many of our products are produced in small batches or made to order, we focus on thoughtful production and clear timelines so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Processing Times
Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. This includes production (when applicable), labeling, quality checks, and packing.
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
In-Stock Products
Most in-stock items ship within 1–4 business days.
Pre-Order Products
Some items may be offered as pre-order when they are being restocked or prepared in small batches.
Pre-order products ship on or around the estimated ship date listed in the product description.
Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items in the order are ready.
Typical preorder timelines include:
Luxury Soap Bars — ship on or around the date listed in the product description
Standard Soap Bars — typically ship in 7–10 days
Bath Bombs — typically ship in 7–10 days
Foaming Hand Soap — typically ship in 7–10 days
Candles
Hand-poured in small batches.
Candles typically ship within 1–4 business days unless otherwise noted.
Candles are safe to enjoy upon arrival.
For the best scent experience, candles continue to settle after pouring. A recommended “best burn” date may be included with your candle.
Wax Melts
Flame-free home fragrance products designed for use with wax warmers.
Wax melts typically ship within 1–4 business days.
Standard Soap Bars
Standard soap bars are typically produced in small batches and may be offered as preorder while new batches are being prepared.
When in stock, they ship within 1–4 business days.
When offered as preorder, they typically ship within 7–10 days.
Luxury Cold-Process Soaps & Shampoo Bars
Luxury soaps are handcrafted and cured before being listed for sale whenever possible.
When in stock, they ship within 1–4 business days.
Some luxury soaps may be offered as preorder and will ship on or around the estimated date listed in the product description.
Balms, Oils, Lotions, Scrubs & Sprays
These products are made in small batches.
Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days.
Pet Treats & Sprinkles
Prepared in small batches using simple ingredients.
Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days.
Apparel
Apparel items are custom printed and fulfilled by a third-party partner.
Production and shipping timelines may differ from handcrafted products.
Apparel items may ship separately and arrive in a different package than the rest of your order.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing timelines listed above unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Recurring subscription deliveries are automatically generated based on the delivery interval selected at checkout.
Customers may manage, skip, or cancel subscription orders through their account portal.
Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Processing time covers everything that happens before your order leaves our facility.
Shipping time refers to how long the carrier takes to deliver your package once it has shipped.
These timelines are separate and cumulative.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Live Carrier Rates
At checkout, you’ll see real-time carrier rates based on:
Delivery location
Package weight
Selected service level
Orders under $35 are charged the selected carrier rate at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $35 or more qualify for free economy shipping within the United States.
Shipping speed depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days when using economy or standard services.
Priority or expedited options may arrive sooner when selected at checkout.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take slightly longer.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, distance, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier workload and are not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Issues
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, they are responsible for final delivery.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier routing
If an issue occurs:
Check your tracking information
Check with neighbors or building management
Contact the carrier directly

5. Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder and consider adding us to your safe-sender list.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping to Canada is planned for the future.
