Regular-price items receive 100% swap credit. Credit is based on the original merchandise subtotal paid for the eligible item.
Items purchased at 50% or more off receive 70% swap credit. This applies to items discounted 50% or more from their listed Compare-At price.
Credit reflects the actual amount paid after discounts. Original shipping, taxes, gift wrap, and service fees are not included in swap credit.
Swap credit must be used in one transaction. It cannot be split across multiple orders or combined with additional discount codes or promotions.
Customers are responsible for redelivery shipping. If your replacement item costs more than the credit amount, you simply pay the difference at checkout.
One swap credit per order. All swaps are subject to product availability. Custom products, custom bundles, personalized items, and custom labels are not eligible. Swap privileges may also be limited in cases of abuse or excessive claims.

Regular-Price Item

If you purchase a candle at regular price for $17.99 and decide the scent is not for you, you receive a $17.99 swap credit.

You can apply that credit toward any eligible item and simply pay shipping plus any price difference if your new selection costs more.

Example 2

Deeply Discounted Item

If you purchase a candle at 50% off for $8.99, your swap credit would be $6.29, which is 70% of the purchase price.

You may apply that credit toward any eligible item and pay the remaining balance plus shipping at checkout.

Unused candles may alternatively qualify for a traditional return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Standard catalog products made after purchase as part of our normal production process are not considered custom and remain eligible under our regular policies.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you when applicable.
