Lotion, Oil, Butter or Balm?

Start with the feel you want on your skin.

A light pump lotion, a few drops of oil and a rich balm do different jobs. Choose by application area and texture first; check the individual formula and directions before adding it to your routine.

For a light, all-over body step

Velvet & Ember is a fluid, silky body lotion in a pump. Choose Velvet for lavender sweetness or Ember for smoky vanilla and woods. A straightforward place to start when you want body moisture that spreads easily.

For lightweight facial moisture

Low-Key is the fragrance-free face lotion. Its fluid texture absorbs to a soft finish. Start here when you want water-based facial hydration; body lotions are separate products.

For a few drops of extra conditioning

Tune Up is a fragrance-free face-and-body oil with controlled glide. Apply as directed to slightly damp skin or after lotion. For facial use, the product directions start with 1–3 drops. Oil adds an emollient layer; it does not supply the water-based step a lotion does.

For a richer body-care finish

She Thick is a waterless whipped butter that turns buttery as you massage it in. Start with a small amount. Choose it when you enjoy concentrated richness and its vanilla, cream and caramel scent.

For solid moisture you can glide on

Lit is a waterless solid moisturizer in a twist-up tube. Warm skin softens the bar as you apply it to permitted dry body areas. Choose this when you prefer direct application over scooping from a jar.

For hands and heels

Get a Grip is a dense, spreadable, fragrance-free water-based cream. Choose it for a moisturizing step across dry-feeling hands and feet, rather than a thick waxy barrier on individual spots.

For small rough spots

Balmy Behavior is a dense, fragrance-free butter-and-wax barrier balm. Warm a small amount and use a thin layer on intact dry areas. It has a more substantial, slowly absorbing feel than the hand-and-foot cream. Contains lanolin.

For a botanical salve layer

Herbal Skin Salve is a fragrance-free, oil-and-wax option for selected intact dry areas. Choose it for targeted salve care rather than an all-over lotion step. A faint oil, wax and herb aroma is natural to the ingredients.

Keep the routine manageable

You do not need every format. Start with one product that fits the area and feel you want. If a small area still feels dry, add a small amount of an appropriate oil or balm as its own directions allow.

Review ingredients, patch test before broader use and stop if irritation occurs. Fragrance-free does not mean allergy-free. Keep facial, lip, aromatic and pet-use directions separate. Balmy Behavior has specific supervised dog-use limits; this guide does not make other body products suitable for animals.
