Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some eligible products may be purchased as a one-time purchase or through a recurring subscription option. When you select a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the delivery interval, price, and applicable discount shown at checkout until the subscription is changed or canceled.
Subscription Management
Eligible subscriptions are managed through the customer subscription portal provided after purchase. You may use that portal to review your subscription, skip an upcoming order, update eligible details, or cancel future recurring orders.
Changes, Skips & Cancellations
- To stop the next scheduled recurring order, changes, skips, or cancellations must be completed at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
- Requests made inside the 72-hour window may apply to a future subscription cycle if the next order has already begun processing.
- Once a recurring order has been billed or submitted for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled simply because a subscription change was requested afterward.

Subscription Fulfillment
Subscription orders follow the same general processing structure as one-time orders unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page. In-stock products generally ship within 1–4 business days. A product identified as preorder ships on or around the estimated date shown on its product page.
Returns, Refunds & Paw-mise™
The first purchase of a particular subscribed product may qualify for the Love It or Swap It Paw-mise™ when it otherwise meets the applicable eligibility requirements. Later recurring shipments of that same subscribed product are not eligible for a return, refund, or Paw-mise™ credit for a change-of-mind reason.
All subscription orders remain eligible for support with verified shipping damage, a reasonable product defect, or an incorrect item under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
