Subscription & Purchase Option Cancellation

Some products at The Apawthecary Co. may be available through subscription delivery or other recurring purchase options.

Subscriptions allow customers to receive selected products automatically at the delivery interval they choose.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method based on the selected delivery schedule.


Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time.

Customers may:

• Log into their customer account and manage the subscription from the subscription portal
• Use the subscription management link included in their order confirmation emails
• Contact our support team for assistance

Cancellation Timing

Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing date to prevent the next order from being processed.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, that order cannot be canceled.


Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery interval selected during checkout until canceled.

Customers will be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping at the time each order is processed.

Prices, subscription discounts, and product availability may change over time.


Refunds for Subscription Orders

Once a subscription order has been processed, it follows the same policies as standard orders.

Refunds and swaps are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Love It or Swap It Paw-mise™.
