It is designed as a repeatable pre-bed ritual: softly floral, lightly minty, gently sweet, and grounded enough to mark the shift from doing to resting.
The cup: soft chamomile and lemon balm up front, gentle earthy herbs in the middle, and a lightly sweet mint-lavender finish.
Simmer Down layers familiar bedtime herbs with skullcap, tulsi, and ashwagandha, giving the ritual more depth while lemon verbena and spearmint keep the flavor clean and drinkable.
