We do not build every edition around a fixed product count. That gives us the freedom to include a few higher-value statement products with thoughtful accompaniments, a broader mix of smaller discoveries, or anything in between. Subscription-only product. Renews according to the selected monthly or quarterly schedule until skipped or cancelled.
How the Subscription Works
- Choose Monthly or Quarterly Seasonal delivery before adding the subscription to your cart.
- Your first payment is collected when you complete checkout.
- Future payments follow the fixed billing schedule for your selected option.
- Eligible skips, payment updates, address changes, and cancellation may be managed through your subscription portal.
- Subscription changes must be completed before the next payment is processed.
Monthly Schedule + Order Cutoff
Orders placed by the 15th
You will receive the current month’s edition while inventory remains. Your first payment is collected at checkout, and the current edition will be prepared for shipment promptly.
Orders placed after the 15th
Your payment reserves the following month’s edition. You will not be charged again on the immediately upcoming first of the month; normal recurring billing begins the month after your first reserved shipment.
Regular monthly schedule
Active monthly subscriptions renew on the first of each month. Monthly editions are generally prepared for shipment between the fifth and tenth.
Example: An order placed October 17 reserves the
November edition. It is paid for at checkout, ships during the early
November window, and renews again December 1.

Joining during the lead month
When you join in February, May, August, or November, your checkout payment reserves the upcoming seasonal edition. You will not be charged again on that edition’s immediately upcoming scheduled renewal date.
Joining after the seasonal edition has launched
You will receive the current seasonal edition while inventory remains. Your next recurring payment will occur on the following applicable seasonal renewal date.
Examples: An October 17 quarterly order receives the
Fall edition and renews December 1 for Winter. A November 25 order
reserves the Winter edition, is not charged again December 1, and
renews March 1 for Spring.
Contents, Scents + Preferences
The Curated Ritual is intentionally curated rather than fully customizable. Products may be scented, naturally aromatic, fragrance-free, flavored, or unscented depending on the edition. Individual substitutions and exact product requests are not guaranteed.
Exact contents, sizes, scents, and formats change with each collection. Major allergens, ingredients, directions, dietary considerations, and product-specific warnings will be provided with the applicable products. Review each label before use or consumption.
Value, Savings + Subscriber Offers
More value than you pay
Every edition includes at least $50 in standard retail value. The value is based on the products’ normal individual retail pricing, not temporary promotional or clearance pricing.
No fixed item count
The value may be delivered through a smaller number of higher-priced products, a wider assortment of discoveries, or a combination of full-size and smaller companion products. Curation, usefulness, and total value take priority over reaching a predetermined item count.
Discounts and offers
- The subscription price already reflects savings compared with buying the included products individually.
- Sitewide discounts and promotional codes do not combine with subscription-box purchases or renewals unless specifically stated.
- Selected editions may include a limited subscriber offer for a featured product or related collection.
- Samples, gifts, and promotional extras have no cash value.
Returns, Replacements, Skips + Cancellation
Curated subscription sales
Because editions may contain personal-care, cosmetic, bath, tea, or other hygiene-sensitive products, processed subscription boxes are final sale. Boxes and individual items are not returnable based on assortment, scent, flavor, or personal preference. The standard Love It or Swap It Paw-mise™ does not apply to curated subscription boxes unless expressly stated.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect products
Contact us within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Eligible problems will be resolved with an appropriate replacement, credit, refund, or comparable remedy. Photographs may be required.
Skips and cancellations
Eligible upcoming deliveries may be skipped or the subscription may be cancelled through the customer portal before the next payment is processed. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, reserved, entered processing, or shipped.
Product Safety, Shipping + Policies
Read the complete ingredient list, directions, and warnings supplied with each product. Patch test topical products when appropriate. Keep candles, wax products, teas, cosmetics, and body products away from children and pets unless the individual item is specifically labeled for their use.
