Herbal Tea
A caffeine-free herbal tea for anytime tummy comfort, with fennel, ginger, peppermint, spearmint, marshmallow root, chamomile, lemon verbena, and licorice. Twenty tea bags brew a rounded mint-and-spice cup with a lightly sweet finish; review the licorice, medication, and reflux cautions before use.
Caffeine-Free Tummy Comfort Tea
Rumbly combines fennel seed, ginger, marshmallow root, peppermint, chamomile, lemon verbena, spearmint, and licorice root in a rounded caffeine-free blend designed for slow sipping whenever a warm tummy-comfort cup fits your day. It is more layered than a one-note peppermint tea and softer than a harsh root-heavy tonic.
The cup: aromatic fennel and mint first, gentle ginger warmth underneath, soft chamomile, and a lightly sweet finish from fennel and licorice.
Peppermint and spearmint make the finish fresh; fennel and licorice round the flavor naturally. Ginger adds warmth, while marshmallow root and chamomile keep the cup from tasting thin or aggressively minty.
Aromatic fennel and mint lead, gentle ginger warmth sits underneath, and chamomile with licorice creates a softly sweet finish.
Fresh peppermint and spearmint rise through sweet fennel, lemon verbena, and warm ginger.
Mint may aggravate reflux. Licorice root can affect blood pressure, potassium, and medications, while marshmallow root may slow oral-medication absorption. Read the complete safety section before purchasing if any of those concerns apply.
Pair it with these three products to extend the purpose of the tea without making the routine complicated:
Fennel, two mints, ginger, roots, and chamomile create a more rounded ritual than plain peppermint tea.

Fennel and licorice provide natural sweetness and fuller body. Peppermint and spearmint create the fresh aromatic finish, ginger adds warmth, marshmallow root supports a softer mouthfeel, and chamomile with lemon verbena keeps the cup rounded and bright.
